Training & Education
We guide all new staff members through an extensive orientation and fundamental training program to provide a solid foundation for career advancement at Transparent Container.

Total Pay (Compensation, Benefits and Savings)
Transparent Container Total Pay package is unique to each staff member. Staff Members that work full time (30 hours or more per week) may participate in a variety of programs, and make choices based on individual needs and interests.

Depending on job and personal situation, a staff member’s total pay package may include:
